Hanging Weight connects you with independent butcher shops that process whole, half, and quarter beef and pork. Instead of buying pre-packaged meat at a grocery store, you work directly with your butcher to choose every cut — ribeye steaks, filet mignon, brisket, short ribs, and more — exactly the way you want them.

Half beef

~275–325 lbs hanging weight. All primals from one side — chuck, rib, loin, sirloin, round, brisket, and flank.

Quarter beef

Front or hind quarter, ~130 lbs. Front quarter includes chuck, rib, and brisket. Hind includes loin, sirloin, and round.

Whole pig

~175–220 lbs hanging weight. Shoulder, loin, belly, and ham from both sides. Baby backs, spare ribs, and belly included.
